To delete your account, export your data, or change the email on it, write from the address the account uses. See the privacy policy for what we hold and how long we hold it. Email alerts from the free tool pages can be stopped immediately using the unsubscribe link in any alert — no email to us required.

SquawkFlow is a free beta run by a small team. Expect a reply within two business days; outages and data-integrity reports get looked at first. If a week passes with no answer, send the message again — it went missing, not ignored.
