If a number looks wrong rather than missing, say what you believe the correct value is and where you are comparing it against. That turns a guess into a check we can run.
To delete your account, export your data, or change the email on it, write from the address the account uses. See the privacy policy for what we hold and how long we hold it. Email alerts from the free tool pages can be stopped immediately using the unsubscribe link in any alert, no email to us required.
