2. No Investment Advice

All content, data, scores, signals, analyses, and commentary provided by SquawkFlow — including but not limited to conviction scores, market quality scores, terminal analysis, AI-generated narratives, position sizing suggestions, and “Should I Be Trading?” assessments — are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, trading recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any security.

3. No Guarantees of Accuracy

Market data, signal scores, hit rates, and AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or delays. SquawkFlow makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information provided. Historical performance metrics (including Brier scores, hit rates, and calibration data) reflect past signal behavior and do not guarantee future results.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading stocks, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not make trading decisions based solely on information from SquawkFlow. Always conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

5. Not Registered with SEC/FINRA

SquawkFlow is not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial services firm with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities regulatory authority. SquawkFlow does not provide personalized investment recommendations.

6. Subscription and Access

Paid subscriptions provide access to real-time data feeds, premium features, and educational content. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Free trial access is subject to availability.

7. Data Sources

8. AI-Generated Content

SquawkFlow uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) to generate market commentary, analysis, and summaries. AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or misinterpretations. AI output should be treated as one input among many in your educational research, not as definitive analysis or advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquawkFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or reliance on any information provided.
