SquawkFlow is an educational and informational platform. It is NOT a trading application, brokerage, investment advisor, or financial services provider. SquawkFlow does not execute trades, hold funds, manage accounts, or provide personalized investment advice.
2. No Investment Advice
All content, data, scores, signals, analyses, and commentary provided by SquawkFlow, including but not limited to conviction scores, market quality scores, terminal analysis, AI-generated narratives, position sizing suggestions, and trading-readiness assessments, are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, trading recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
3. No Guarantees of Accuracy
Market data, signal scores, and AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or delays. SquawkFlow makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information provided. We do not publish hit rates, win rates, or accuracy figures for our signals. Where the Lab publishes outcome records, those records reflect past behavior over a stated sample and do not guarantee future results.
4. Risk Acknowledgment
Trading stocks, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not make trading decisions based solely on information from SquawkFlow. Always conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
5. Not Registered with SEC/FINRA
SquawkFlow is not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial services firm with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities regulatory authority. SquawkFlow does not provide personalized investment recommendations.
6. Beta Access
SquawkFlow is free during beta. All beta users can access every available feature without a credit card. Beta access terms may evolve as the product develops, and material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
7. Data Sources
SquawkFlow aggregates data from third-party providers, including brokers, exchanges, market data vendors and public agencies such as FINRA, FRED and SEC EDGAR. News headlines and stories shown on SquawkFlow originate from third-party news organizations and are presented for educational context with attribution; SquawkFlow performs no original financial journalism and does not verify third-party reporting. SquawkFlow does not guarantee the availability or accuracy of third-party data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable, and open-interest-derived figures update once per day at settlement rather than in real time.
8. AI-Generated Content
SquawkFlow uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) to generate market commentary, analysis, and summaries. AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or misinterpretations. AI output should be treated as one input among many in your educational research, not as definitive analysis or advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquawkFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or reliance on any information provided.
10. Predictions Game
Predictions has no entry fee and awards no prize, cash or otherwise. Points, streaks and ranks have no value and cannot be exchanged. We may remove handles or picks that abuse the game.
The game is for players 18 or older. Picks are opinions from players, not a forecast, and not investment advice from SquawkFlow. SquawkFlow makes no pick of its own.
